S.O.A.R. to Success

Here at Davenport Ridge, we have a school-wide behavior system called S.O.A.R. to success. S.O.A.R. stands for Safety First, Outstanding Effort, Accept Responsibility, and Respect for all.

These are the expectations for every child here at Davenport Ridge, to ensure that:

1. Students are safe
2. Students do their best
3. Students take responsibility for their own actions and
4. Students have respect for each other

We have guidelines for these 4 principles in the classroom, hallway, cafeteria, bathroom, on the playground, and even on the bus!

When a student is being exemplary in any of these categories, they are awarded a rocket! Talk with your child about S.O.A.R. at home and ask them what they can do to earn rockets!
